  • Education S1 in Psychology, communication or management from reputable university, S2 is a plus

Persyaratan :

  • Minimum education Bachelor degree (S1) majoring in Psychology / Law / Management Human Resources from reputable university.
  • Maximum 35 years old.
  • Minimum of 10 years progressive experience in HR, with at least 5 year in managing HR Professionals, manufacturing preferred.
  • Experienced in managing relevant HR projects.
  • Understands how to strategically partner with key business clients.
  • Maturity in dealing with complex situations, changes, and requirements and comfortable operating in and making decisions in ambiguous settings.
  • Good knowledge in some organization development activities is a plus.

  • Have driving licenses (SIM A).
  • Able to work using computer especially Microsoft Office and Email.
  • Well proven in English (both spoken & written) is an advantage.
  • Able to identify and solve problems.
  • Team player, interpersonal and good presentation skill.
  • Willingly to travel.

Service Area Representative

Persyaratan :

  • Minimum S1 majoring in Management, Communication, Promotions, Economics, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related field.
  • Age around 26-32 years old.
  • Interested with automotive.
  • Have analytical thinking skill and leadership skill.
  • Able to work with team.
  • Understand basic management (PDCA).
  • Have sense of business.
  • Able to identify and solve problems.
  • Have driving licenses (SIM A).
  • Able to work using computer especially Microsoft Office and Email.
  • Well proven in English (both spoken & written) is an advantage.
